A Length

Start the tape at the collar on the top of the garment (at the high point shoulder) and extend it to the item's bottom.

B Width

Begin measuring at the seam below one sleeve and extend the tape across to the seam under the other sleeve.

C Sleeve length

Begin at the top of the inset sleeve and extend the measuring tape down to the end of the sleeve hem.
